It was wonderful to see our Club community sharing good food, great company and plenty of smiles — all while supporting such an important cause.
Our first Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea was a huge success raising over $2,000, and we cannot wait to do it all again!

On Friday, 8 May, Club Merrylands proudly supported Purple Friday, a state-wide initiative bringing registered clubs across NSW together to say no to Domestic and Family Violence.
Our members showed their support by generously donating through our Purple Friday donation boxes, helping raise awareness and contribute to support for those affected by domestic and family violence.
Purple Friday, held as part of Domestic and Family Violence Prevention Month, highlights the important role clubs play in prevention, early intervention and community support.

Club Merrylands is incredibly proud to share that our 2026 Annual Starlight Charity Bowls Day raised an amazing $25,000 for the Starlight Children’s Foundation!

Throughout our Community Winter Appeal, Club Merrylands Bowling Group was overwhelmed by the generosity of our members and community, with a wonderful number of donations received to support women, men and children doing it tough.
Thanks to the generosity of everyone who contributed, much-needed winter supplies were collected and picked up by the Vinnies Van to be distributed to members of our local community in need through The Wellbeing Project’s outreach program.
The program provides a welcoming place for people to connect, access support and enjoy a FREE meal, helping make a difference to those experiencing hardship.
